Our School Improvement Strategy
Even though Primitas is a Multi Academy Trust in law, we are a Learning Partnership at heart; a truly collaborative educational venture with a simple yet clear vision: “To empower and enable schools to work together to provide the kind of education that our children need and deserve.”
Therefore, school improvement is the reason we exist and is at the heart of what we do. And when it comes to planning and delivering school improvement, we always aim to do it “The Primitas Way”; i.e through positive and meaningful collaboration and reciprocal support arrangements. This means creating and building capacity through:
- The utilisation and mobilisation of resources, expertise and personnel from all Academies and other organisations within the Trust for the benefit of others.
- Official partnership agreements with other Multi-Academy Trusts, for the purpose of reciprocal school-improvement support. Our official MAT partners, with whom we have agreements for 2023-24 are:
-Central Region Schools Trust
-Three Spires Multi Academy Trust
- Effective partnership arrangements with a range of other schools, colleges, organisations and MATs.
And in order to help facilitate effective and systematic school improvement, we have devised a comprehensive and detailed School Improvement Strategy, to which all Primitas academies are entitled to and which all Primitas academies are expected to contribute.
