Generous Annual Leave & Time Off

As a Trust we recognise there are times when you need to be away from work because of caring responsibilities, compassionate reasons or to deal with domestic emergencies. We operate a supportive policy for time off to assist with such incidents. In addition, as a member or Associate Member of staff, there is a generous annual leave allowance, bank holidays plus two further discretionary days leave (pro-rated for part time colleagues).
